Making Smudge Sticks

As I write this to you now I am recovering from a very nasty throat infection that has somewhat derailed my monthly plans for patreon... I had planned to put out a couple of tutorials and a livestream by now, but alas my vocal cords have packed in for the time being and (I know) I need to rest. I've been in bed since the show on Wednesday, dosed up with penicillin, paracetamol and strepsils.

Bipolar October - let me explain...

I was diagnosed with bipolar towards the end of 2017 after years and years of feeling totally out of control and having no idea why.
