Welcome!

This is just a quick post to say a huge welcome aboard to everyone who's joined recently! Thank you all so much for your support and my new year's resolution is to keep everyone in the loop this year with regular updates and devlogs as we make our way toward 0.5.7 - which will mark the main/core Girl Games story as complete!

Bug Report Poll - Are *YOU* experiencing issues with the in-game phonecalls?

I've had some recent feedback - both here and also there's a couple of comments to this effect on Itch.io too, that the phonecall stuff isn't working for everyone ...

So far I've tested the Mac download version back and it's running fine, and there's also no issues when I'm playing the game through from within the game engine, and I just managed to test the online version on Firefox browser too and seemingly all good there (?) ... So we've hit the end of the month and what do I have to show for myself?! Version 0.5.3 - Links and Changelog

As always, that took slightly longer than I thought! I ran into some weird last minute bugs - such as the harness in Jennifer's third scene not showing up on the exported version of the game and spent about two hours tearing my hair out until I realized it was an issue of case (i.e. the file being named "Harness" vs "harness", which really matters for the export, it seems! Lesson learnt, haha).

Okay, here it is ... finally! I had to push myself to get this finished as I had a super busy week at work and I'm away all this weekend, so I knew that this was my last chance to share something with you guys before the month is out. Just thought I'd drop in and get you up to speed on where I am with 0.5.3. Please note that, as always, this is all work I've crammed in around my day job!

Stats and Save Files

There's one aspect of Girl Games that I'm still to fully implement and I know I need to be careful with it, as - a little like the Sex Display stuff - it has the propensity to get out of hand.

The cabin is almost ready ...

So yesterday and today I put in a ton of time and polish into the video cabin that you can enter at the back of the adult book store. I know a lot of the little things I've done might not even be noticed but I'm super proud of them anyway.

Work so far ...

Now the dust has settled on 0.5.2, I'm straight back at it, chipping away at the next update, which I'm hoping to have out before the end of this month. As I mentioned in the last post, now that I have a lot of the city functionality up and running, this should be a little quicker, although there's still some new stuff to implement.

The calm before the storm ...

Just a quick update to let you all know where I'm at. I've been working through the checklist of things to do, adding and tinkering and polishing and playtesting, and it's looking like I should have the final version of 0.5.2 out tomorrow, all being well.

I've added in a short (optional) 'tutorial' to the opening Reception scene, I've fixed some bugs, I've added in some basic tucking and chastity functionality and relevant descriptions (although there's gonna be a LOT more to do on that...
