Wow, WOW, WOW y'all are good! It was so much fun to see your guesses. It looks like there are dramas that I bring up in conversation on the pod quite often that don't actually make it to my top 25. I'm looking at you, Legend of the Blue Sea and My Love From the Star! True, I love many things about both dramas, but on the whole, they didn't make the cut! Are there any surprises? Would love to hear your thoughts!

It's Friday. It's almost June. School just wrapped here in Santa Cruz and my son and husband are currently somewhere over the Pacific en route to Sydney and then the Whitsunday Islands in Australia. I'll be here working LOL but that's fine because I can continue to watch The Midnight Romance in the Hagwon WHICH I LOVE and Lovely Runner which I just started (Megan and Amy love).

I showed Lia my list, and she said there were some surprises, but that it was also very much a "Megan" list, which, of course!

Sarah from Patreon/Afternoona Asks is coming to San Francisco for a work trip...and this felt like the perfect excuse to plan our first ever Bay Area Listener Meet Up! We know it will be on June 16th, but need to get a sense of numbers/preferences to make the official RSVP! Please fill out by May 17th and then we'll be cooking w/ gas and making a plan.

This week I finished Queen of Tears, binged 98% of Taiwanese BL Unknown in a single sitting with no regrets (everyone go watch and talk to me about it), and decided to go “old school” and start It’s Okay, That’s Love. I’m only one episode in but it was a good episode and I’m excited for the premise and cast.
