Progress is still a little slow and scratchy.
I have phases like this. The important thing is to keep chipping away and not get stressed out. A few pages a day is not ideal, but it keeps the project moving, even through the slow phases.
I'm still working on the leechtongue succubus. I started typing her up early and have 2,000 words in the bank. The 1st draft is maybe about 75% done, with a couple of scenes still to write.

Short update this week. I could see I was a struggling at the start of the week and decided to take a break week rather than keep pushing and then burn out completely for a couple of months. I needed to get some other IRL stuff done and felt it was a good time to do it.

A quietish week. I had to take a couple of days off to do some IRL house maintenance things.
The Handsome Barman is now fully implemented. Or rather, the bits that needed implementing at this present time are implemented. My plan is for him to be the player's main advisor in the House. For now that advice is to point the player in the direction of the various NPCs. I'll be adding more later as needed.

More progress of the plodding type. (Sums up March really.)
I've implemented all the 'fleshing out' passages. This is adding some flesh to the bare bones of the main game loop of - present 3 harlots, go away to think, go back to pick a harlot, pick a gift, go to her room, etc. This was just a skeleton to test the core loop. Now it has the same level of detail as everything else (aside from the main Action phase as that's still waiting on the Barman passages).

Progress is still of the slow and steady type, with this week being a little on the torturous side.

As I mentioned in the midweek post, I did have a list of maintenance tasks to work through. I got a chunk of them done but not all. Of the two remaining charms, I was able to implement one and partially implement the other. More on that to come.

Everything is still looking good. February has a nasty habit of ending sooner than you realise, so I put new harlot scenario writing on hold to make sure I wouldn't have a last minute panic trying to get the last couple of harlots done. I'm well on top of that as you'll see.

As usual, the file is a HTML document. You should be able to open it with your default web browser. There are known problems with Brave, likely because of more exacting security permissions. It should be okay with Chrome. In theory, it should also work with devices such as smartphones or tablets, but I'm currently not able to test on those devices. If you have any problems, let me know.

The Doctoress's base functionality is implemented. Testing was fun as I had to move a few blocks of text around to get the display right. It has been tested and appears to be working okay. I also found a fix for something I wanted to do with NPC's and Action points that I'll likely roll back to the other NPCs (and should fix any lingering bugs with The Elegant Woman) at some point in the future when I get a couple of spare days.

I'm still working away on The Doctoress. I managed to get into a little bit of a tangle as it's been a while since I implemented an NPC. I have a sort of framework.
