TUESDAY BLOG

Blehhhh. I’m not well. Felt kind of rough and tired all last week, and assumed I was burnt-out. Turns out… no. I woke up yesterday properly ill, and I now have A Thing. It’s a bit weird and unspecific – just a temperature and feeling flu-y. No cold symptoms or anything. So, I dunno.

I’m well enough to crack on with the editing of the video(s) though. It’s really good. That is all I will say.

Sorry for being a bit quiet this week – Bubblegun aside. I’ve been a tad under the weather. Slighty burnt out I think too, as I’ve been going at full speed since before Poland and hit a wall this week. Going away to film is great, but it does mean I then have to cram my work and family stuff in around the trips.

NORFOLK FOLK

Morning all! Today, we're in Norfolk.

This is the last bit of filming for the   Doggerland video, or videos. Likely videos (plural) – as we already have almost three hours worth of footage assembled. The trick is finding a way to break it down into multiple eps that feel standalone, and remain part of a whole. Sanja's pushing me to just take the plunge and make a feature-length episode, if that's what it needs to be, but we'll see...

We didn't quite get everything done that I wanted - we ran out of time for the two extra videos - but this one might be split into two anyway (a bit like the first two Poland vids).

We’re heading north today, to do filming. We’ll keep you updated with pics as we go, but we otherwise might be a tad quiet this week. We'll have Corner Shop Corner with you imminently - sorry it's taken a while, but we were working on the edit of Digi Live for the Kickstarter backers DVD.

The main ep we’re filming is a very different topic to the last few. I think we all need a bit of a breather after the relative heaviness of the Poland trip.
