Oh, I LOVE that Thea is finally in the loop. And, I love even more, that she's not upset with Oliver for lying about it all this time. She's proud and happy that he worked so hard to save everyone.
After walking in on the team trying to help Laurel after she'd gotten hit with some Vertigo, Thea leaves and runs into the DJ. She tells him she needs something simple right now and brings him home. After they have sex, he brings her a drink, but she realizes it's spiked with cyanide. They fi...

Ugh. We were so close to getting out of this with Murtagh being alive! He saves Jamie and then almost immediately is shot by one of Jamie's soldiers. Had Jamie just known that kid was there, Murtagh could have gotten away.
But a crazed Jamie forces whoever is around to help him drag Murtagh back to Claire's medical tent, even though it's obvious there is nothing she can do for him. When she confirms as much, he tells of Tryon and claims he's done and that he's repaid his debt.

Something about this episode felt off, but I couldn't figure out what. I'm sure it was just me, but I couldn't stop looking for the source of whatever it was.
I don't care what news lady says, Buck is a good friend. Just ask Christopher, he'll tell you! And speaking of Christopher, he totally loses it (well for mild mannered Christopher anyway) when Eddie tells him he's started dating again. He knocks a salad bowl to the floor, steals Eddie's phone and calls and Uber to take him to Buck...

Minus the Scott family, everyone seemed like they ended up this episode so much worse than the started out.
The only bright spot of good news, Nathan managed to show up to the try out without an invite and get to try. It seemed like he did really well, thanks to his previous work with Q. We're just playing the wait and see if anyone calls him game right now though.
Outside of that, Sam realizes her friend was the one who attacked Brooke at the store and stole her sketches. Not on...

Clarke and Bellamy (along with Murphy and Emori who are hitching a ride to try to stay in the lighthouse) head out to get Raven. On the way they get attacked, and Emori's suit is torn, so she starts throwing up. Clarke puts her Nightblood to the test by giving her, her suit. But Clarke also ends up suffering from radiation. During the attack, Echo saves them, and she asks to stay in the lighthouse as well.
Due to all of this unexpected craziness, they run out of time to get back to the ...

OMG. We're still doing Ben vs. Noel. How is this possible? So, last night Felicity and Noel slept together. And he gave her a giant hickey, so they are doing their best to hide it from Ben.
She cannot decide if she should tell Ben what happened or not. But she's being super distant and Ben assumes it's because he knows what he wants to do now and she's struggling. She says that's it and then breaks up with him. Good. That needed to happen whether she wants Noel or not.

I was so unprepared for this episode. I totally forgot that we found out last episode that Matt's dad was killed and I was not ready.
This episode made me so incredibly emotional. And I barely even remembered Matt had a dad. I'm crying (a ton, by the way) for Matt. Not his dad. And that scene where he shows up at Eric's house for dinner, drunk, like 3 hours late and tells him he hated his dad? Come on. So good.
Thank goodness for Tami. I'm so glad Matt didn't actually have to figu...

So, I figured this wedding was not going to happen, but I did not know how it was gonna get called off. I would not have guessed this was the way, but it certainly does seem the most realistic. And while Frank got scammed in his murder for hire plot, he still managed to get rid of Sean anyway. But fuck. I'd love to say that none of the kids will ever talk to him again, but somehow he always manages to weasel his way back in.

So, apparently, Elena hit a vampire with her car, and ends up getting saved by Damon. However, she passes out fairly quickly after he rescues her from the car. By the time she wakes up, they are in Georgia (where is Mystic Falls located?) and on their way to see his witch friend.
They all seem to be having a good time together, but when Elena and Damon are outside, the bartender makes a call and then surprise! Elena gets kidnapped by a vampire and is used as bait. Damon goes to get her ...

This is normal, regular, everyday Dana (man, makeup, and lighting really are a hell of thing, aren't they?), coming to say that I was a hot mess today. While trying to spy on my landlord, I dropped a window on my eye. It's one of those windows that swings towards you so you can clean inside it. Well, I yanked it up like a crazy person, it swung loose and got my eye.
I've been icing it and it seems like it's only red and a little lumpy, but if you see it bruised and swollen in the upcomi...

OMG. I hate this for Felicity. She's been trying so hard to do what she thought Oliver would do (WWOQD?), that she was totally blindsided when he showed up and did the opposite of what she lobbied for.
Also, I have no idea if Malcolm really thinks he was doing the right thing in the moment, or if, after all this time, he's justified what he did as a way to live with himself. Either way, I'm not for it. I know Thea has an attachment towards him after he saved her, but whatever he does st...

We could have skipped everything at Fraser's Ridge. Seriously. I don't care about locusts. I don't care about Roger being respected now. I care about Jamie and Claire. Thank you.
Jocasta is getting married. To that really dull guy. Murtaugh shows up the night before the wedding and asks her to wait for him to get pardoned (or whatever he thinks is gonna happen that he won't be a wanted man anymore). It seems like she really wanted to, but ultimately, turned him away.

Bobby, Michael, and David running around playing detective was hysterical. Until it wasn't. I sort of assumed it would be something innocent. At least until Michael ended up breaking into the apartment. I'm shocked that Athena didn't literally bang their heads together like coconuts. Yes, they ended up saving that woman (and who knows how many more in the future), but this is so highly illegal, right?

I truly have no idea what to make of this episode. I have no idea if I even liked it. Is this a polarizing episode? I feel like this is a love it or hate it episode. But I don't know where I fall, so maybe it's not. Lol.
Does anything from this episode mean anything at all? Maybe minus the end with Peyton, was this just a standalone, one off episode? Am I supposed to take anything from this? Naley is gonna Naley. And Dan sucks in every universe. That was kind of my takeaway.

Okay, so first off, fuck Jaha. I hope they do not give him a place in that bunker. And as pissed as I was at Clarke last episode, I'm feeling better about her now. Sort of. She does threaten to shoot Bellamy if he opens the door (and does actually shoot at him), but once the play has been made, she immediately just jumps on board and starts figuring out who we need on list our list of 100. Again.

I'm so glad to rid of Maryann that I don't even care that I can't figure out how Sam turned into a goat god. I think she was a good villain overall, but after so many episodes I was just tired of her.
I do like the team up of Bill and Sam to take down Maryann. I like that they had a plan. I just wish that Bill would have said something to Sookie. I realize he didn't have time to explain the entire thing, but a simple, 'Don't worry, Sam and I have a plan,' would have sufficed in the mom...

But in friend news, Eddie has finally asks out Christopher's ex teacher. I want this to work out for them. Mostly because I want all of our friends to be happy.

Just a head's up, I go on a couple of unhinged rants about Gigi; both in the reaction and in the discussion. Fuck this bitch. Am I right?
And much like Nathan of episodes past, Mouth is now in the complicit territory. He hasn't explicitly told Millicent what is going on. Plus, he really needs to get Gigi fired. One word to HR about her constant sexual harassment would totally seal the deal here.
I'm not really sure about how I feel about the Luke/Peyton/Julian situation. I think I...

I was so sure that Julian was sketchy. Now I'm not so sure. I think the only issue is that he might want Peyton back. Which is not good (re: Gigi), but that doesn't make him the horrible creep I was expecting him to be. That said, there is zero reason that Peyton should have kept this from Lucas.
