Chapter 5 - Knot on Top 5-8 (Inks WIP)

I wanted to get you all an update before the new month started, so that if any of you were about to hop off the Patreon (which is totally ok - this is a zero-pressure-support-me-doing-what-I-do-in-my-spare-time Patreon), you'd have something to see before the month was up. I know that I haven't really delivered much content this month!

This is where I'm at with the inking of pages 5-8. Still working on page 7, still want to make tweaks to the other pages, and I haven't yet crac...

Happy happy holidays pals. I hope you're all getting some much-needed downtime. I've taken a few days off and am hoping to finally get these pages inked up. They have been such a drag; really felt a heavy writing-block with regards to my line work this time around. =/ I'll push through though, so hopefully an update with art SOON!

- Less Judy Tears (I was just copying what hentai folk do - which I like! But I don't want it to seem like she is sad-crying! My aim is; tears from how good it feels)
- Smaller Judy, and a few new heads
- Fixed up some faces!

Somebody requested some of the panels from the last 4 pages as separated images, so they could use them as wallpapers. Figured I could slap some together this Saturday morning =D

Also buying myself some timeeeee with this update: I've gotten 3/4 of the next pages penciled, and figure I might not be able to finish them off this weekend: just bone tired today. Figure a bit more wiggle room would help me stay atop of it.

Squeezing this in right at the end of the month! Worked on this all frigging week and weekend! Yeesh, these four pages took so much darn time - but I'm super happy with them. I feel like I leveled up on a few bits and bobs.

Developing Owen's Look

For you higher-tier members. Here's a lil sneak peek, maybe even a request to see if you all have feedback, on an Owen-updated-look.

I use Nick for a lot of my references, so Owen was always in danger of looking too much like Nick. So I've been fiddling with his look a bit to try and make him seem immediately different enough.

QnA Single Panels

Chapter 5 - Fuck-Sesh Script

I for-real need help coming up with a title for the chapter. Let me know if you all think of anything.

This script is a DOOZY - tons of things are happening, and as I start to lay it out; it's looking to be about 16 pages? Because of that, everything is taking longer than it should be. I should be able to pick up the pace later on since you all voted for simpler flat coloring for the chapter (excited!). But the layouts, pencils, and inks? Probably going to be a bit slower.

QnA 1 - Complete

Here goes friends!

It started out as something easy and fun and then snowballed into frustration and difficulty, but it is now DONEZOs. I'll attach the pages and then write a bit about it all after...

QnA 1 - Inks!

Steady progress! Lines cleaned upppppp.

I came into the QnA expecting to make something sketchy and rough, but I got so into it, the linework just came out super clean and tight 0_0 A mixed blessing - I love how it looks, but next time I do a QnA I'll be cursing myself ha.

Next up, some flats and finishing it up - not going to shade it all, as I want to keep it lighter and easier! I might mess with a subtle paper/oil-painting texture.

QnA 1 - Pencils

Oh my, I've been having so much fun with this QnA comic. It's been a delight to pencil up these two chatting and getting to inject little panels of sex. Normally when I do a comic the story is very grounded in the moment, time moves steadily across 10+ pages. In this, I can just jump around, as Judy and Nick chitty chat about the things they've been up to. A really fun change of pace! Perfect warm-up for the next chapter too.

I think there's still some work to be done on the jokey/playfulness between our two heroes. Especially at the top of page 3. If you've got some better lines, let me know! I want it to feel a bit more Nick and Judy. I'll be penciling the art and brewing on the text as I go =D
