This week we've got the sun shining nice and bright up here, so we were thinking an adventure movie would be fun! All of these have been recommended by you wonderful folks in the past, so we're very excited to see what wins 😊

We both felt like the city this movie was set in could have been Gotham - so dark, damp and dangerous. We also loooove stories like this where we get to try and put clues together before the characters solve the crime. Hope you enjoy!

We're making our way through the Marvel movies and I'm loving it! This one was totally not what I expected... we got the origin story within the first few minutes and then BAM! We jumped right in. I hope you have as much fun watching this with me as I did!

We finished Breaking Bad, so it only made sense to watch El Camino next... and boy are we glad we did. It's absolutely the resolution we were both missing at the end of the series. Thank you so much to everyone who recommended we watch it!

Today's Tuesday movie is a real good one! We both loved this so so much - the actors were incredible, the story was riveting, and the writing was flawless... what more could you want! We both also fell madly in love with Alec Baldwin, so if you know of any more movies with him in them, let us know!

Happy Thursday everyone!
I've been wanting to watch the Marvel movies for some time now, so I figured while we're doing these bonus Thursday movies it would be a good time! I'm going to start with the first collection - up until Avengers, and then maybe take a little break to watch something else with all of you, or continue on the Marvel path. We've got another war movie this week. This one was so intense... and it really felt like several movies in one. We both really appreciated the skill that went into making this movie - directing, acting, everything really. So many shots incredible shots too... and that sound design! It was difficult to watch sometimes, but another one of those "so glad we finally watched this" movies. So thank you everyone for recommending it!
