DA/SA Transition

Hello Tier II and Tier III,

Got a lot of questions since Patreon started about training the double action and single action transition. Lots of pistols with this classic operating system Sig, Beretta, HK, CZ and a ton of other models.

Basically, you have to drill over and over again shooting that double action shot. 

Most of the gun brands listed above also make single action (SAO) variants of the same model or were also designed to be carried cocked and locked like a 1...

Sig 716 Patrol First Shots

Hello Patrons!

Stepped outside to take a break from editing the Shawn Ryan Show and took a few shots with my camera guy's Sig 716 Patrol in 308 Winchester. Nice to have a higher power option available sometimes. 25 Yard Drill Follow Up

Hello Tier II and Tier III,

Here is a follow up on the 25 yard drill. This will help you with trigger control and ultimately smooth out you steps from draw to fire. Practicing timing this way will also help you hit targets on demand and control throttle.

25yd Pistol 4 sec Drill

I'm curious to see how everyone is doing with the 25yd 4 sec pistol drill?

It's a tough distance/time but it's very achievable with practice.  If anyone is having problems I'd be happy to break it down a little more if needed.

It used to kick my ass all the time.  Sometimes it still does.
