Well, we have a special guest today! I really enjoyed this one. Lots of fun moments and surprises, too.

I've slowed down on my Buffy rewatch at the moment and just watched Fool for Love over the weekend. I might put it on pause for now, at least until midway through season 6! Which boggles the mind, that we've been here for so long. It feels like it's all gone too quickly, and even Angel will have us in season 3 soon 🥹

Okay, so, this was a fun romp. We had some interesting things happen, it was like a monster of the week type episode, some funny moments, a few heartfelt moments.

And then the ending happened. Which I really don't want to mention here and to be completely honest, I don't know what to say. I will say it's been burned into my mind since I've seen it and it's genuinely upsetting.

I hope you all had a lovely weekend! It was pretty quiet for me, I tried to not do TOO much work (though I think by now I have some sort of workaholic problem and need intervention haha) and enjoyed a lovely meal out on Saturday. I had mushroom gnocchi which apparently had some truffle on it, and I know from watching Masterchef that's meant to be fancy. Sorry, I'll try to calm down 🤣 What an amazing episode! I am such a fan of this season. We know the characters so well by now, we love and adore them, and that feeling just heightens everything. My goodness, I'm happy.

Rewatch update: I'm at season 4, episode 18! Soon I'll be watching that funky final episode of Season 4 and might pick up on a few more things that I didn't know at the time.

Angel 2x13 Happy Anniversary Reaction

So now we've had THE WHOLE gang stand up and belt out a tune for our wonderful and charming Host! Darla still wins. The rest need some serious lessons, or just to go back and sit down 🤣

Angel is definitely crossing some lines and it seems to be a bit blurry right now as to who he actually is. Is he Angel, Angelus or a mix of both? His darkness is fierce and it comes with none of the fun evil of Angelus. Sad times 😅😥
