The House Wins: Chapter Two

Where chapter one focused on Mallory's first day (and the following morning) in Stepford, this chapter is instead focusing on Mallory and what she was up to at the end of Bet On Black. The mini sequel I wrote, Bet On Red, skipped past Mya's brainwashing, and instead took place sometime after Mallory had her first child.

This chapter is going to show what immediately followed the ending of Bet On Black.

Hope you enjoy.

The House Wins: Chapter One

Well, here we are, at long last, with the beginning of the counterpart story to Bet On Black. I suppose the closest comparison I can think of for this is how Twilight got a companion novel from the perspective of Edward, although this story isn't just following the events of Bet On Black from a different person's point of view.

This is going to be the story of Mallory's life in Stepford, starting on the day she moved into town (as shown in Bet On Black from Mya's perspective), and...

The Doctor's Wife

Up top, I wanted to do some quick housekeeping (so to speak). I'm going to be taking a very short break after this story, meaning that February is only going to have one story. It's nothing to worry about, just a combination of focusing more on a project at my day job as well as, well, this story.

The Doctor's Wife is a sequel to my previous story, Dear Darling Doctor. Good ol' Triple D isn't a requirement for understanding this story, but it is the story of how our protagonist wa...

Milk Wars - The Batgirl Crusade

Allow us, in this new year, to dive once again into the strange and dairy-fueled alternate universe in which DC Comics' Milk Wars event ended with stepfordization themed organization Retconn defeating the Doom Patrol and slowly but surely taking over the continental united states...

This story features The Batgirls, Father Bruce's plucky and perky young sidekicks, as well as Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Ivy's Milk Wars appearance is actually based off of a drawing by Wrenzephyr which yo...

Office Work

There's a bit of a story behind this particular, well, story.

For a while now, I've been toying with the idea of a Stepfordization story in which a conservative tradwife wannabe moves to Stepford, thinking it would be her dream society, only to realize just how awful it is to be a second class citizen. Sort of a "be careful what you wish for" scenario. But every time I started actually outlining that idea in detail, I ended up feeling that it would be too much.

I'm ver...

Point of View (Stepfordization)

Like last time, this is less of a story about someone being transformed, and more of examining what life is like in the day to day for a woman who has already been Stepfordized.

This story, though, is directly from the POV of such a woman. I took some inspiration from the idea of Locked In Syndrome, where someone is fully aware, but has no ability to control their body. Essentially comatose, but fully awake. Only here, her body is acting and behaving just as a Stepford wife ought ...

Parenthood (Stepfordization)

I don't have a whole lot to say about this particular story, aside from that I've been intending to do more with Stepford families and mothers, and this story is part of that initiative. I've done so many stories about women becoming Stepford wives, but not as many about women who have already become.

Hope you enjoy!

Milk Wars: Community League Of Rhode Island

As mentioned a little while back, I've been working on a new project lately. I'd like to take this time to sort of explain what the deal is in more detail.

A few years ago, DC Comics had an actual crossover focused around the idea of the JLA being stepfordized by, of all things, reality warping milk. The story ended with the Doom Patrol freeing the JLA and saving the universe with the help of a few other characters.

This story is an alternate continuity of sorts. A uni...

All Hallows Eve: Part 2 (Finale)

Time for the second half!

I really do hope you all enjoy this story, and I will admit I have an idea or two for the new character introduced in this story. I think I'd like to drop in on her again sometime, and see how she's getting along~

All Hallows Eve: Part 1

It's time for my vacation to end, and the most wonderful season of all to begin~

I initially planned to just do a single Halloween oneshot this year, featuring several characters who have popped up in previous oneshots, but it ended up becoming a bit bigger than that, though thankfully it didn't get out of control. So, for October, we have this story in two parts, about what a Halloween looks like for adults in Stepford.

Hope you enjoy!

Patron Update

Oh my gosh, I just got the notification that we're over $200 a month in patronage! I wanted to thank you all, whether you've been here from day one or whether you're brand new today. I really really hope that the work I put out is something that you can look forward to seeing each month.

I am taking the break that I mentioned a little while back, and it actually just officially started today! I'm taking the rest of September now to relax, recharge, watch some movies (going to see ...

New Hairdo, New You

After our last big story, I thought it'd be a nice change of pace to switch over to a simple oneshot this week. It is a bit beefy, I think, and it digs a bit deeper into something I know a lot of people have expressed interest in.

Back when I wrote Bet On Black, there was some intrigue in how the Stepford salons operate, especially since it was shown that they did have the option to treat someone's hair (such as Mya) without brainwashing them, despite also using the salons as a wa...

Some mild, milky musing...

Is that a weird title for this? Possibly. But also it feels applicable, haha.

Like I mentioned in the most recent story update, I'm taking a sort of semi break in September, but I was thinking about my plans for when I come back, and thought I'd like to give a tentative idea of what to expect. This isn't a solid list, more of me just letting my current thoughts out there for you all to see, but definitely let me know what you think!

I know I want to do a sequel / alter...

Game Night Part 4 (Finale)

I'm going to be completely honest, this finale is about 3 times as long as some of the previous chapters. It wasn't intentional, but for pacing reasons, just like I had to split the story into several parts, I felt that there wasn't any proper ending point for this chapter beyond the actual ending of the story.

Now, because of this, and because my birthday is coming up, I'm going to be taking a small semi-break in September. Nothing major, but I'm going to be posting 1 story rathe...

Game Night: Chapter 3

I hope you've all been enjoying this story so far, because odds are it's going to last a bit longer. All in all, I'm expecting it to clock in at 5 chapters, assuming chapter 4 goes the same as the past few have.

Aside from that, I don't really have any particular commentary on this chapter. I've just been playing a lot of Multiversus, and hoping that they add Milk Wars skins for Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman (especially Wonder Wife). Hope you're all well!

Game Night: Part 2

And now, the titular game begins...

For this story, I wanted to dig into some more mindfucky elements of the process. The idea of being changed, having parts of your mind or your body altered and being totally aware of it, but not necessarily being able to remember what it is that was lost. It's something I touched on very lightly in my first Stepford Game story, but I think that I've done it with more care and focus here.

Combined with Margot's (not very happy) accept...

Game Night: Part 1

So, a fun little unexpected thing about writing is that sometimes you set out to write a one shot story, and then you realize that for pacing reasons, you'll have to extend it to two parts...

And by the time you post the first part, it's grown to three parts, and will likely end up closer to four or five.

Sooooo I hope you're all ready for this next multi part story! It's as much a surprise to me as it is to all of you, haha. I'll save the rest of the behind the scenes...

Superhero To Stepford: X-Men

Right up top, I wanted to give a big big thanks to Vasily26, whose setting this story belongs in, and who played a vital role in the writing and editing of this story.

If you haven't read any of Vasily's Superhero to Stepford AU, I highly recommend it! The short version is that Captain Peggy Carter (Captain Carter) was brainwashed after the war by Arnim Zola. As his housewife, she supported him as he led SHIELD and founded Stepford, where heroes who pass through are similarly brai...

A Simple Day (Stepford/ABDL)

I hope everyone is surviving the summer heat this year! I've had to forgo my usual petticoats thanks to all this hot weather, but I hope to make up for it with some lovely summer stories~

And while this story does have some ABDL elements, I think that once you see who our protagonist is, you'll get a good idea of the ratio of Stepford to regression in this story. There's also quite a bit of hypnosis in this piece, which I thought would provide some nice variety.

The Market

So here's a story that I've alluded to a few times, either in comments or in other stories themselves. What happens when a woman is Stepfordized at a reeducation center, but doesn't have a partner waiting for them when they're "cured" of their independent ways?

Well, they go on the market of course. A sort of auction house for housewives, where people who don't feel they have the time to date go and bid on the wife they want to bring home and spend their life with. I also thought ...

Peter And Mindy (Stepford/ABDL)

I originally wasn't sure if I was going to write this story or not. The reception on here was alright, but considering the subject matter is something not everyone in my audience enjoys (and because I personally want to mostly stick to pure Stepford stuff), I figured I'd hold off on it. But then I posted it on DeviantArt and the response was shocking in how overwhelmingly positive it was. A lot of people asked if I planned to write a sequel, and it did end up pushing me towards making it a re...

Cabaret (Stepfordization)

This is an idea I've had kicking around for a little while, and slowly refining until I was happy with it. The basic premise, a club which is overtaken and transformed into a Stepford friendly business model, stuck, as did the idea of two different bands being involved.

The changes were mostly in how it plays out, and at what pace. Initially, I figured I would seed the idea of Stepford citizens moving into this city, popping into the club, and then skip ahead several months to show how ...

TV Land (Stepfordization)

So, as of the time of me scheduling this post, I've gotten some difficult news. It's nothing I want to air out here, really, but oddly enough it's actually reignited my desire to write more Stepfordization stories, especially those of a darker and more sinister bent. This story... is  not that. This story is very stupid, very silly, and very zany.

The sitcom depicted in this story isn't meant to be a one-to-one parody of any particular 1950s sitcom, but rather it's meant to depict ...

Pearl Gardens (Stepfordization Story)

I promise that the "stoner trapped in tv" story is coming! I've just been working through some writers block as of late, brought on by all the snowy weather this past winter. Thankfully, as of my scheduling this, I've got it just about finished.

As for this story, which I had saved for just such an occasion, it was inspired by a few specific comics that I enjoy. Those being Hex Wives and Lady Killer. Hex Wives is essentially a straight up stepfordization story, about a coven of wi...

Stepford Butterflies: Chapter 2

I don't have much to say about the middle section of this story, aside from that Darla has sort of come out of an idea I've had for a while, in relation to Fitting In.

Zahra from Fitting In was such a curious character. There was an expectation among some readers that she had more sinister intentions, or methods, but she really was exactly who she seemed to be on the surface. She's someone who is okay with people not sharing her values and preferences and hobbies, but will encoura...

Meet The Mayor (Stepfordization)

Some fun insight into who is running the show in Stepford presently~

I don't have a whole lot to say about the content of this story in and of itself (aside from that I wanted to shine a light on a widower in Stepford, and an interesting friendship between a man and a dominant woman), but while writing it I did think about a criticism I've gotten of late over on Deviantart. Namely, that my stories are too dark and shouldn't end with the main characters being stepfordized as often.
