5 Feb dev test version

Here's a dev test version that adds some improvements to the university selection system, some skill packages during university, and more avatar outfits (mostly suits) during the agent's agency career.

Crowdsourcing: relationship table entries

The relationship tables need more NPC partners!  We're going to add them all through the sprint, but I know that lots of people in the community will have good ideas for NPCs.  Please post them here!  The best ones will go in the game.

1.4 Beta Test version

Despite a serious push, we weren't able to get 1.4 to a state in which I'm happy to release it.

However, here's a Beta Test version which you can play with while we keep working.  It allows you to experience a working version of the Lifepath.  There are still lots of bugs and placeholder content, but please post your thoughts and feedback here or on Discord.
