As per recommendation from Ash Thorp, a man I very much look up to for many reasons, I'm listening to this audio book called Mastery by Robert Greene.
I highly recommend anyone who has not read/listened to it already, to do so. It really opens your eyes to the concept of mastery and the theories behind becoming prominent in any field.
More than ever I realize that we never finish evolving!

I have a whole bunch of material coming up on Patreon in a pretty fast pace ahead. I'm kicking it off with the first part of a Copycat project I started with a little while ago. The video explains it more.

Hey guys.
I know that I once again have been quiet for some time but I actually have quite a lot of material to upload from now on. In this post you find a bunch of images that I've made recently. Some of them have been direct experiments that has allowed me to gain some new insights to share with you guys. I've also made a list of your requests, and I thank you for those, since it makes it a lot easier for me to figure out what to do next (list is not in any particular order):

Not sure if this was the kind of wall material you meant, keep adding requests otherwise :-)
Just because I know the question will come: YES you can obviously use Real World Scale instead of making a 100x100x100cm default preset. However I used to do that and for some reason I honestly can't remember, I chose to do it this way instead.
You may of course do it in whatever way you want as long as it works.

Finally!
The giveaways are explained in the video. I know this may not be extremely comprehensive, but it goes through the way WE use Connecter. Please do me the favor and let me know if there is anything you think is unclear or left out, and I will record a complementary video IMMEDIATELY!
OFF TOPIC: Who will be attending D2 Vienna 2019?
Also here's that code for the PivotToBottom script:

Sorry for keeping you waiting, I was supposed to upload the connecter video by the start of this week but still waiting for a response from design connected about giveaways.
So in the meantime I'll uploading the first videos of another interior project that I've been working with. I'll edit it today!

I never really concidered live streaming to Patreon as it’s hard for everyone to be there at a specific time, however it would be easier for people to interact with me. I think Patreon have some kind of streaming capability, so I wonder:
Would live streams be interesting to you, or would you prefer edited videos? Of course I would keep producing videos anyway.

Today I’m doing the 3rd re-recording of the connecter video. I just haven’t felt happy with it since I want to give a pretty much complete rundown of connecter but quite frankly I don’t use all of the features myself, so it’s hard to cover things I’m not very familiar with. However I’ve strucutured it up better now and I hope it can be useful for some of you.
Also there will be a model giveaway from DesignConnected, as well as a 20% coupon code, sponsored by the great team ...

Along with finishing up the last videos of my city animation which covers some basic camera tracking etc, I also have a 1,5 hour video about this headphone studio setup, as someone asked for.
Coming up!
Cheers people :)

Here's the first video of my little spontanious project I "accidentally" started with one night. It may not be very related to anything you guys expect from this Patreon page, but I wanted to just do some experimenting on my own and of course it would be stupid not to record it and share it :-)
Let me also tell you about what's going on this year. More about that in its own post shortly!

So I was supposed to record the Connecter video and my client meeting presentation, but for no specific reason at all I started "doodling" while waiting for other things, and that evolved into something way bigger which now has generated over 7 hours of recorded video.
So I have some serious editing to do but you will see the final result hopefully tomorrow, and the videos will be available as fast as I can edit them. It is actually something completely different from what I usua...

A video walking you through the scene, and you can download the scene and post processing files on the Patreon upload folder below, just navigate to "Scenes/Kitchen - Open Cabinets". I don't have any PSD files available as the post processing was made in Affinity but for those of you who don't own Affinity, the post processing is explained in detail in the video. Easy peasy to replicate!
And as always, don't share! :-)

Hey all wonderful people!
I know it's been a while but some great content are coming out in April. Connecter video together with some giveaways in collaboration with Design Connected.
I also have some news to share with you, which is a direct reason to why I haven't uploaded anything for a while. I'm relocating.....
More about that in a coming video, stay tuned!

Wasn't supposed to make this video but I made it to help someone in the FStorm Group. This video is publicly uploaded to my YouTube channel.
Here on Patreon however, I'm also sharing the scene and post processing files (using affinity). Scene saved in Max 2016 for FStorm.
Download: Go to my Patreon dropbox folder below, navigate to Scenes/Watch Studio

Also forgot to mention something else.
I upgraded my Vimeo account so from now on, I'll be recording and uploading everything in 2560x1440px instead of FullHD. Better quality, better sound, and who knows, maybe better content :-)

This is the first of a couple of videos that I recored creating a sharp project for a new client of ours. As I quickly realized that this client probably isn't going to be a keeper, I figured I could just record it and share the process with you.
What I'm trying to do here is NOT to create the best images I've ever done, but just good enough to be worth the price we're charging. Instead, my goal was to finish this project as absolutely fast as I possibly can.
The production time ...

Hey guys.
As promised, here's that timelapse I mentioned in the previous video. This project took just under 16 hours to produce (in total, render time excluded).
*** I believe the first way to succeed with making commercial projects as fast as possible and thereby maximize your income is to make sure that you are NOT starting the project before ALL material you need is provided and ALL is APPROVED by the end client, meaning that you won't get any nasty changes. You have to ...

Hey guys!
Just wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and thank you dearly for following along on this journey we're making here on Patreon.
I've been have some troubles finding time the last month, due to deadlines before Christmas and obviously Christmas itself, but worry not, I've made a list of what to do next. Since this month has been quiet, and obviously because it's Christmas time, I'm pausing all Patreon withdrawals for this month. A small token of gratitude to ...
