High School Musical 3: Senior Year
Hello, hello. Happy Saturday. We are (hopefully) on a plane right now.
This week we finish S2 of The Fosters, start S6 of True Blood, and S4 of HSM. I think there are only 2 more episodes of 9-1-1 in this season as well, so we're nearing the end of that for a while. I think we're getting a S9, but I'm not sure.
Also, I just found out that S8 of Arrow only has 10 episodes. Rude. And S3 of Prison Break is only 13.
Hopefully things settle down a little when we get back. Both ...
2025-05-03 14:00:11 +0000 UTC View PostI did get everything reacted to and scheduled to go up. But instead of taking the time to write the descriptions, which take about 15-20 minutes each, I watched High School Musical 3 instead. Lol. That will post later today. I wanted to make sure I got it done before I got too far into the fourth season (I've only seen the first episode).
We leave this morning and get back Tuesday night. So, on Wednesday things will have descriptions again. I'm sorry!
2025-05-03 11:00:08 +0000 UTC View PostWe are at the point now where I have to make a decision about how to do this. It's getting done, I'm just not sure exactly how yet. I might have to flop some things on my recording schedule, but I'll make it happen.
My question is this: is a straight one to one watch order? And if so, do I start The Originals after the S4 finale of The Vampire Diaries? And if not, can one of you guys point my in the direction of a reliable watch order list? Or are the not intertwined at all?

Okay, so Bill has lost his damn mind. I don't know what the hell happened at the end of this episode. Is he Lilith now?
With the elder dead, the fairies all all left vulnerable to Russell. But they finally take my advice and starts shooting him with fairy light. It doesn't seem to help that much though. Thankfully, Eric shows up and kills him. Sookie rushes out and Nora immediately wants to eat her, but Eric tells her Sookie is family and she can't eat her. She's disappointed, but agree...

You guys, I was so confused when this episode started, but it ended up being so much fun. How is it possible this show is still good? At this point, we should be limping along praying for the end.
So, we start with Oliver getting rescued off the island on Earth 2. This is very similar to the pilot, but in this case Oliver is pretending to have been on the island for 12 years (the entirety of the show) and not only 5. When he gets back, Tommy is alive, Thea is dead, and his mom and Malco...

You guys. This episode was so funny to me. I know it probably shouldn't be considering this is a show about murder, but I laughed so much.
So, surprise, we've got a dead body at a spa. And it's the wife of a rich guy who was having an affair, so he's trying to keep it quiet. The guy who was in bed with her when she was shot (and fled immediately after) is questioned and apparently, he's a pick up artists. Although, why anyone would ever want to go home with him is beyond me, but plenty ...

Okay, so Daphne has gone rouge. She told the cops the truth (leaving Callie and Brandon out of it) so Callie doesn't have to go and live with Robert, but it seems like that will probably happen anyway. Also, they are letting Daphne stay at Girls United until her hearing.
The kids (minus Jude) are all staying home to protest the firing of Timo...

Okay, so this was definitely my least favorite season so far. But there were a lot of sweet moments, so I'm not mad about it. Also, I loved the actual show.
Opening night (and Ricky's birthday) have arrived! Red, Jenn, and Nini all show up for the big day. Which, Channing is determined to ruin so he's got material for his stupid documentary. But, it seems like Corbin is on our side and not out to ruin the show, which is going delightfully.
Halfway through the show, Red texted Ash...

Unfortunately, they have no idea how long it will take to fix this (fingers crossed it's soon). I've just started to migrate over to Dropbox so hopefully this is a one off problem.
I'm so sorry.

I just ran out of time for this description. Sigh. Trying to get ahead for while we're away is a struggle. Lol. Thank you Wikipedia.
The Frenchman pushes Bellick away after the latter tries to get closer.
The packages Sammy receives are revealed to contain special cigars, one of which Cheo, one of Lechero's henchmen, takes for smoking.
The Frenchman is murdered and by Gallego, Lechero finds out that Whistler had a problem with the victim. He is brought for interrogation. ...

Okay, I can admit it. No humanity Elena in this episode was way more entertaining than she has been in previous episodes. She certainly doesn't rival either Damon or Stefan, but it's much better than it has been previously.
So, Elena and Rebekah manage to track Katherine to some small town in Pennsylvania. And, while stalking her outside the ...

Ugh. It is really starting to bother me that no one on this show is with the person they actually want to be with. Although why someone as awesome as Lavon would want to be someone as awful as Butter Bitch is beyond me.
So we're doing a sort of Christmas pageant. And Zoe, fed up with all things Breeland, decides to coach Rose so she'll beat Lemon's little sister Magnolia. it's kind of ridiculous and the least interesting part of the episode honestly. Zoe and Lemon battle to be victoriou...
2025-05-01 18:00:09 +0000 UTC View PostSo, as you may, or may not know, Dan and I are going to visit our friends in South Carolina for a long weekend. The last time we did this flight, I watched Nobody Wants This. It was quick, peppy and easy to follow for someone who is a wreck on planes. Seriously. I'm really, really bad. Plus planes seem to be just falling out of the sky lately, so I'm sure I'll be worse on this flight.
Do you guys have any ideas for stuff that's sitcom length that I can watch on the plane? It doesn't ac...

So, most of my questions were answered in this episode. I also cry quite a bit. Sorry about that. Lol. Also, we are officially doing S8!
Okay, so Emiko continues to try to destroy the city. (What is it with villains hating on Star City, seriously?) They (with the help of Curtis, Ben and Laurel) manage to defuse the first wave of attack. Well, sort of. We lose some people, but it could have been so much worse. And it will be if Emiko gets her way.
She and the Ninth Circle have som...

Okay, so, we've got a murder and a theft all in one neat package!
Some people are busy making out in their bosses office, when the woman rolls over and sees a dead body. CBI shows up and we find out that in addition to the murder, there is also a painting missing that's valued at 50 million dollars. (I so don't understand art pricing). Jane, Janes, and tells the head of security pretty much exactly what he did and then heads out for some breakfast.
Later we head over to talk to th...

I know the whole point here is that Callie can't talk to anyone about what happened, but it's killing me that she's not telling anyone what happened. Part of that is I feel like Stef and Lena deserve to know why she's moving out. And part of it is that I'm sure Callie would feel a lot better if she could unburden herself from this.
So, it seems like moving in with Robert is pretty much finalized by this point. She's told the moms, she's told Jude, she's told pretty much everyone who nee...

Ugh. I hate that E.J. and Gina have broken up. But, to be fair, they had a lot more going for them before they got together. I mean, like Gina said, they were barely together, but I'm still sad for them.
So, we've got prom. And Gina is sort of desperate to spend some time with E.J. during it. He assures her they will and promises the last dance of the night to her. However, the only time she (or anyone else) sees him, is when he's running around trying to get people to remember their l...

I really don't know what we're supposed to take from the end of this episode. Somehow, the fact that the guard drinks coffee religiously is supposed to help us, but I have no idea how or why.
So Michael and Whistler have to break out tomorrow (which is so not enough time). And to make it even worse, Michael has decided it needs to be in the middle of the afternoon, as opposed to the middle of the night. Apparently, in the afternoon, there are only two guards he needs to worry about. At ...

Okay, so instead of celebrating Thanksgiving, Blue Bell got this Planksgiving tradition where we do a big fish fry in the town square. I could totally get behind that. I don't like turkey and I love fish. But, I also love all the Thanksgiving sides, which I imagine are missing from our pirate themed holiday.
Anyway, Zoe managed to get her 30% just by the skin of her teeth. She's about to head home for the holiday, when Brick hears the devastating news. He can't fathom how she did it un...

I'm not sure I understood the ending of this episode. Jane tricks the dad into digging up the murder weapon. Then, he confesses (well, he claims the kid came at him and it was self defense). However, Patrick claims that he's been abusing the wife and kids for years, which he denies. Then, Patrick goes to leave and it seems like a last minute decision to go tell the family what happened. I literally thought he was just going home. What did I miss there?
Anyway, this kid goes missing and ...

Okay, so I feel like this was another great episode of Arrow. I don't know if it's just me, but I am loving the second half of S7.
So, the team, minus Oliver, all check in with Felicity and each other fairly quickly, and everyone seems to be okay. However, no one has heard from Oliver as he was a floor below them when the explosion happened. While they are looking for him, the power goes out, meaning we need to reset the breaker, but it's in an area that is full of some kind nerve agent...

Okay, so this wasn't as good as the last 3 or 4 episodes, but I still really enjoyed it. The second half of this season might be my favorite.
So Bill (and everyone else apparently) is being haunted, for lack of a better word, by Lilith telling them all that she chooses them to be the one. This drives Bill to behead one of the members of the counsel with he tells him that Lilith came to him as well.
However, in this episode it's made pretty clear that Eric is so not okay with this...
