Ha. I was so annoyed when Patrick went to hypnotize the kids. I was like, you just got in trouble for doing this last episode! But, apparently, faking hypnosis is fine. The man has to find evidence for what he's got hunches for!
So, we've got a dead surfer. And her friends are all trying to blame her death on other people (Flipper, the one dude's dad), but definitely not them. Teresa gets to talking to a girl she used to know who is in jail and claims she was sleeping with an older guy ...

I was so thrown off in this episode. First we start with a movie opening, and then Lance shows up? Not that I wasn't happy, I miss Lance. But, I was very confused for awhile. Lol. Honestly, it was kind of refreshing to see something different that also mostly carried the storyline at hand.
So it takes a while (because I'm dumb), but eventually I realize we're doing some kind of documentary on vigilantes (which is kind of an awesome idea, actually) and Oliver and Co have a film crew foll...

Finally, finally, finally, the truth comes out. I've been waiting for this forever. And I'm surprised by how I feel. I thought I would feel so much better at Dani finally paying for this, but I think I just feel sad.

I wanna say I didn't love this episode (and I didn't), but I really loved Ricky's storyline this episode. And his song was beautiful, so that might have made up for the rest of it. Plus, I also really liked Gina's stuff too. But, I could have done without the rest of it. Also, not really a fan of the song Nini an Ashlyn wrote.
But, either way, it's Spring Break (Is Spring Break capitalized? I'm not gonna look it up) and Miss Jenn seems super bored so she wants to Zoom with the kids a bu...

Hello, hello. Happy Sunday. (It might actually be Monday for some of you by the time I actually get this out 😳).
This past week was rough for me. For no reason. Nothing happened. Everything is completely fine. I just found myself struggling everyday to get the bare minimum done. And now here we are with a schedule that's super late, so it appears I'm dragging last week into this week as well. Sigh.
Dan and I went out to dinner last night, for the first time in 2025. And that's ...

You guys, I think I actually quite enjoyed this episode! I can't believe it!
It took me awhile to figure out, but I think we've all switched around to Russell's POV. I assume it had to do with the Lilith blood we all drank and then got her approval from. But, Eric (who was visited by the ghost of Godric) seems to be the lone holdout over this insanity. The rest of the Authority is busy planning to kill and eat all the humans, Bill included. Eric is the only one who finds this insane.

Okay. I don't know what the hell Curtis did, but it pissed off Diaz, so I'm 100% behind it. Lol.
So, Oliver and Laurel go on the news to talk about how they used to be vigilantes, but now they are helping from the inside. But, after the interview, the journalist ends up getting kidnapped, but someone who wants everyone to know the Queen family is awful. And because he used a particular turn of phrase, Oliver has an idea of who it might be.
He gets Felicity to dig up some reports ...

I'm a little afraid that this whole show is going to be Patrick knowing exactly what happened every episode and Teresa telling him that's not what happened. Eventually, she's got to clue in that he's the smartest person in the room all the time, right?
Okay, so we start off by finding a dead girl in a ditch. Once they we get there, Patrick tells them immediately what happened. It seems like a wild leap of faith, but no surprise that he's right. Then we go to talk to the family of the gi...

Okay, so, this episode was way sadder than it had any right to be. And my tissues were not close. I'm an ugly, crying mess. Just a heads up.
We've got Lena who had a small bout of dizziness, which quickly turned much worse. Just as Stef is leaving the confrontation with Mike (he's been helping Ana out- she's 60 days sober), she gets a call from Mariana (I think it was Mariana) to tell her that Lena passed out and was throwing up and they took her to the hospital. So far, she's okay, but...

Well, we've finally made it to the Ricky and Nini breakup. (Are we going to be calling her Nina going forward?) I think this was the right choice. And I actually think they were very mature about it. Especially since they are so young.
So, both us and North High are banned from practicing for a week based on the outcome of last episode. However, before we find that out, we get a rendition of the Gaston number, which I think has been my favorite performance in this show so far. But, it's...

So, even though Zoe has decided to stay, the town certainly isn't making it easy on her. Brick is pissed that she's still here and demands George to find a loophole in the will that will allow him to take the practice from her. And while it isn't a loophole per se, he does find an issue. In order to keep the practice, she needs to bring in at 30% of the revenue. Which is a huge problem because most of the town hates her and refuses to see her. (Especially since she keeps making honest mistake...

Okay, so after we get screwed over by the president, we have to fall back on Lincoln's plan of taking the freighter to Panama. However, Sara isn't there yet, and we're just about to leave. So, Michael calls her and she tells him she's five minutes away. But, she then realizes she's being followed. So, when Michael calls back, she tells him she's already on board and then gives herself up, so the cops are distracted by her and Michael and Lincoln can get away. As soon as Michael realizes what ...

I was kind of disappointed in this episode. Especially after we just got back from a totally unrelated crossover set of episodes. I was really hoping we'd get to focus on Oliver, but a lot of this episode is about Emiko and her quest for revenge. There's nothing really wrong with this, but I don't know Emiko. I'm not invested in her. And a bunch of stuff at ARGUS. Maybe my actual complaint is that everything is so splinted right now (or, I guess, still).
So, Oliver is starting his work ...

Okay, so this was fun. Patrick (the only name I know so far) is like a Dr. House, Sherlock type of detective (assuming he's actually a detective- he might be some other kind of agent) solving crimes in ways that most people couldn't (and might potential be unethical, it would seem). It seems like he's the bane of the rest of the team's existence, but they put up with him because he's good at what he does and helps close cases.
We find out that he's got a bit of an interesting backstory....

We start with Nini being invited on the Morning Show (which is being hosted by E.J. and Gina) to talk about her Rose Song which is getting a ton of views on the East High's Instagram. She talks about how she's proud of it, but doesn't really seem to sa...

So, we've got a doctor who was planning to be a surgeon, but it turns out, her bedside manner isn't very good. At her graduation, this old doctor guy turns up and offers her a job ...

Fuck. I really thought we were going to accomplish something here. I should have known better since we're still in S2, but I really thought Michael and Lincoln were going to finally catch a break.
So, our new plan involves blackmailing the president over this tape. We're all in Chicago, so Michael heads down to where she's giving her a speech and slips her a note. However, Michael is almost immediately accosted and starts getting a beat down from Kim. Michael demands to see the presiden...

There were a few things (Ryan, the baseball stuff, us almost fucking over Sharpey at the end) that I was into, but generally speaking, this was pretty bad.

Why would anyone follow Russell anywhere? Plus, we're still sort of acting like we believe that humans are good. I'm so confused.
